Tell me about the safety precautions.
Below are the safety precautions that will be taken on the day of the wedding. If any guest(s) are unable or unwilling to follow these guidelines, we respectfully request that you celebrate from afar.
Each guest will be required to show proof of a negative PCR test within four days of the wedding.
We may require out-of-town guests (and potentially all guests) to do a rapid test before prior to walking into the venue, on our bill.
Temperature checks prior to walking into the venue.
Wear a mask at all times, besides when you’re eating or drinking. We’ll have KN95 masks available, if you need one.
All tables will be at least 6ft apart.
Hand sanitizer will be everywhere except in your food and drinks.
We’ll give out different colored bracelets that coincide with different levels of COVID-comfort. The band color you wear will determine which bar you should grab your drinks from.

Is the venue allowing full capacity?
The venue is currently allowing partial capacity based on what spaces the couple books. Our ballroom holds 500 people and our guest count doesn’t exceed the partial capacity for the 500-person ballroom. Click here to view the virtual tour of our venue. Will there be dancing?
This may be a global pandemic but this is not the town in Footloose. No one can stop me from dancing.
What’s the attire?
Double masks & Creative Black Tie.
What the heck is creative black tie?
According to Google Creative Black Tie combines formal attire and elements of “whimsy” (oh la la what a word). In other words, you can trade in your standard black gown and tuxedo for something a little more creative. Add some color, funky accessories or stick to the tried and true. Ultimately we’ll love you in whatever you choose to wear…as long as you can dance in it.
Are children invited to the wedding?
While we really wish we could have all the little nuggets in our lives at the wedding, ultimately we have to have a children-free wedding.
What do i do if there are no more hotel rooms available in the room block?
You can text Lauren or email her at lauren.e.winston@gmail.com and we’ll try to get some more rooms added to the block.
It’s the day of the wedding and I have a question. Who should I ask?
Anyone but Lauren.
